Born in Vietnam, Scotty Nguyen came to the United States at the age of 14 and began honing his poker skills as a teenager in California. Despite his tendency to laugh and joke at the table, Scotty has a confident and aggressive playing style. He is one of the highest earning pro poker players and won the WSOP Championship in 1998.
